Shipping Protection

We offer Shipping Protection as an optional add-on at checkout to help safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If selected at checkout, Shipping Protection allows eligible customers to request assistance if their package is affected by a covered shipping issue.

What Shipping Protection Covers
Shipping Protection may apply in several situations. This includes lost packages, where an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe and is confirmed lost in transit. It also covers damaged items if the order arrives in a damaged condition due to shipping. In addition, it may apply to stolen packages when an order is marked as delivered but is reasonably believed to have been stolen after delivery.

What Shipping Protection Does Not Cover
Shipping Protection does not cover certain circumstances. These include orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, delivery delays that do not result in a lost package, or delays caused by customs processing. It also does not apply to packages marked as delivered where there is insufficient evidence of theft, damage that occurs after delivery, or issues resulting from customer error, unauthorized order changes, or refusal to accept delivery.

How to File a Shipping Protection Claim

When submitting a claim, please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation if applicable. Supporting materials may include photos of damaged items and packaging, tracking information, proof of delivery issues, or any other relevant details that can help us review your case.

Claim Timeframes
All claims must be submitted within specific timeframes. For lost packages, claims must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update. For damaged items, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. For stolen packages, claims must be filed within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Resolution
If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, provide a suitable resolution. This may include sending a replacement item, issuing a refund, or providing store credit. The final resolution will depend on product availability and the nature of the claim.

Important Notes
Shipping Protection is optional and must be selected at checkout in order to apply. The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable once the order has been placed. While Shipping Protection helps address eligible transit-related issues, it is not a guarantee against all shipping problems, but rather an additional service designed to support customers when such issues occur.
